Where do I start? Honestly without Rachael’s vision I don’t know what I would have done! Downsizing from large 4x2 family home and purchasing an apartment off the plan..I knew my existing furniture would not fit, in size or aesthetically. Rachael designed my entire apartment, we ‘clicked’ or at least she understood my taste! We would visit furniture stores together, seeing her in action. She knew exactly what I needed, size, depth of my sofa is correct for my rather short frame. The massive original painting, the joy I feel every time I enter my little piece of paradise! Staple Design created the design of our kitchen that resulted in a high standard of finish, met all our expectations and helped us to develop a kitchen concept that greatly improved the end design and outcome over what had first been envisaged. The detailed drawings facilitated the cabinetry manufacture (completed out of Perth) and made the installation a seamless process that enabled our builder and cabinet maker to faultlessly co-ordinate their respective work and the installation of a complex and sophisticated modern kitchen to a very high standard.

In 2018, we wanted to change a room at our home and required some guidance. The only person I knew who could help us was Rachael, but she lived in Melbourne at the time. I contacted Rachael to see if she could recommend a Perth based consultant. Instead, Rachael offered her services from afar, with the help of her 'on the ground' assistant. At first we were doubtful as to how this would work. From the minute we engaged Rachel we found her to be: totally professional in every aspect of the brief, prompt in her responses to each and every phone call and email and clear and accurate in her descriptions, details and costs. We were delighted with the finish. The room has a feeling of calmness and comfort which also compliments the rest of the living areas. After a nightmare renovation Rachel was a breath of fresh air to deal with. Not only did she do an awesome job with our furnishings she also reviewed some of the interior work the builder had done and helped us fix some of the issues. In doing our furnishings she really took the time to understand how our family liked to use each of the spaces and came up with a design that reflected this. Recognising we had young kids Rachael was smart with how she used the budget, investing in pieces we would keep for a long time and spending less on other things that would suffer from wear and tear.
